Patients should note that only the best and most reputable dental surgeries in Europe offer guarantee on all the treatments

All dental treatments provided in our surgery are done to the best of our ability and we always put a lot of effort to ensure that the most relevant option has been chosen. In some rare instances however, treatments might not last as long as initially anticipated and this is when the guarantee applies.

The following work is covered by our guarantee:

- Crowns (caps), bridges, inlays, onlays, veneers – from 1 to 5 year
- Dental implants –from 5 years to lifetime

The guarantee might be limited or cancelled in the following circumstances:

1. If the specific instructions from our medical team are not followed
2. If oral hygiene is severely neglected
3. If another dentist performs a treatment on a guaranteed restoration without our clinic’s approval
4. If the patient fails to visit our surgery for a check up at least once a year. Check ups are free
5. If the patient suffers an illness that has negative effects on the general dental condition (i.e. osteoporosis, epilepsy, diabetes, chemotherapy, X-Ray, severe bone or gum receding)
6. Accidental damage, such us dropping dentures or other mechanical damages, is not covered by the guarantee
